Methods used are forms of Applied Kinesiology (AK). We use a leaning method used in AK. Rumor is it that this form stems from Native Americans. Most professionals use a muscle of the client's body, like an arm or fingers for testing a resistance response to an energy point on the body or with a homeopath, food, or supplement. Pressure is applied to certain areas, normally directly over body organ on the skin with the use the professional's hand & arm as an "extension cord" to observe the client's energy response. For me the leaning method works best, as I notice more variation in response than by other means. We use a system that we feel incorporates the best of all AK methods currently in mainstream practices. This system gives the option of testing any area with nutrition by finding the body's priority and the antigen that may be "energetically in the way" of the process of homeostasis.
